The price of water differs around the world.  Below are samples of a New York City water bill and a London water bill. These bills show how much  people in New York City spend for their water compared to London.  The result of this comparison is that people in New York City spend $1.33 per cunbic meter for water, while people in London spend $2.6 per cubic meter of water.  (The prices of water were converted into dollars and cubic meters in order to make an accurate comparison.)
